Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Shipping Regions

  • We offer shipping Australia-wide. Unfortunately, we do not provide international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order and are based on weight, dimensions, and distance. Quotes will be provided at checkout.

3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within up to 5 business days following payment confirmation.

4. Delivery Estimates 

  • Delivery timeframes cannot be guaranteed upfront as each order is uniquely quoted and scheduled.

5. Shipping Insurance

  • Insurance is not included or available for shipments

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries 

  • Customers are responsible for any additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery details or missed deliveries.

7. Damaged Goods

  • We are not liable for items damaged during transit unless the damage is due to insufficient packaging.

8. Lost Shipments  

  • Resolution for lost shipments will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Returns and Refunds

  • Unwanted items are non-returnable. Faulty products are eligible for resolution, and return shipping costs may be covered by us.

10. Tracking and Notifications 

  • Tracking numbers are not provided. However, delivery notifications will be sent at key stages to keep you informed.

11. Shipping Restrictions 

  • No specific restrictions apply to deliveries within Australia.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

1. Warranty Coverage

Home and Light Commercial Use Range

  • Intended Environment: Home and light commercial use only.

  • Warranty Period:

    • Intended Use:

      • 3 years for all non-consumable parts (parts only; labour not included).

    • Unintended Use (e.g., high-volume commercial environments):

      • 12 months for electrical and hydraulic components.

      • 3 years for structural components.

Full Commercial Use Range

  • Intended Environment: High-volume commercial workshops.

  • Warranty Period:

    • 3 years for all non-consumable parts (parts only; labour not included).

Parts and Consumables

  • Consumables Not Covered: Lift pads, lift blocks, cables, wear blocks, and hydraulic oil.

  • Exceptions: Hydraulic seals are covered if the hydraulic oil change history complies with manufacturer specifications.

  • Replacement Parts: Individual parts are covered under a full replacement warranty (parts only), assessed case by case.

2. Warranty Inclusions

This warranty covers:

  • Material defects, manufacturing faults, and structural failures.

  • Breaks or damage arising from standard, intended use.

  • Shipping costs for approved replacement parts.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Misuse, improper use, or unintended applications of the product, including:

    • Overloading or incorrect weight distribution.

    • Use of one post to lift one side of a vehicle.

  • Installation errors, such as:

    • Out-of-level installations.

    • Insufficient foundation or fixing depth.

    • Incorrect shimming.

  • Damage caused by outdoor use or exposure to corrosive chemicals.

  • Wear and tear on consumables, including lift pads, blocks, cables, and wear blocks.

  • Damage resulting from failure to adhere to the required maintenance schedule.

4. Maintenance Requirements

Home and Light Commercial Use Range

Owners must perform a 6-month lubrication and inspection checklist, which includes:

  1. Inspecting lift pads, blocks, and cables for signs of wear or damage.

  2. Tightening all bolts and fasteners to ensure proper operation.

  3. Lubricating moving parts as recommended in the product manual.

  4. Checking hydraulic oil levels and topping up if necessary, and replacement every 6 months to maintain hydraulic seal warranty.

  5. Verifying that the hoist is level and stable during use.

Full Commercial Use Range

  1. A minimum service schedule of 12 months is mandatory and must be carried out by a competent technician.

  2. A 6 monthly oil change must be carried out to maintain hydraulic seal warranty.

  3. Failure to meet these maintenance requirements may void the warranty.

 

5. Warranty Claims Process

  1. Proof of Purchase:

    • The original purchaser must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

    • The warranty is non-transferable.

  2. Initiating a Claim:

    • Claims can be submitted via phone, email, or by completing a warranty form on our website.

  3. Assessment:

    • Initial assessment will be conducted via phone.

    • Further inspection may require photos, an in-person evaluation, or the return of defective parts.

  4. Resolution:

    • Approved claims will result in the shipment of replacement parts at no cost.

    • In certain circumstances, repairs may be performed in-house.

6. Geographic Limitations

  •  This warranty is valid for products used within Australia only.

7. Liability and Limitations

  • The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts.

  • The company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or failure of the product.

8. Additional Terms

  • All warranties are void if the product is used outdoors or exposed to corrosive environments.

  • This warranty does not include an extended warranty or satisfaction guarantee.

  • Warranty terms comply with applicable consumer laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, which provides additional statutory protections.
